At your baby's 18 month visit we will discuss your child's growth and development. At this visit, your baby will receive their first dose of the Hep A immunization.

At this visit you will also be asked to fill out an

M-CHAT Questionnaire 

(Modified Checklist for Autism in Toddlers)

As well as an ASQ questionnaire (Ages and Stages Questionnaire) to monitor the development of your child.
