At your baby's 12 month visit we will discuss your child's growth and development. At this visit, your baby will receive immunizations. Immunizations that will be received at this visit will be your baby's first MMR Vaccine, their first Varicella vaccine and their last dose of the Prevnar Vaccine.

Your child will also have their first lead and hemoglobin screen done in office.
